Not exactly! We tow our free standing pizza oven and park it at your event. We then set up a mobile kitchen area under one or two black 10’ x 10’ tents, depending on the scope of your menu + event.We are rain or shine!

We have a food minimum that ranges between $2000-$4000 depending on the date of your event. Please note, we do have additional operational fees, beyond food that also will be factored in. For more details, check out our additional fees explanation below…

As we are upfront ladies, we think it’s nice to get it all out on the table now so there aren’t big surprises later… In addition to menu prices there are the following costs:
WAITSTAFF: Buffet service is our go-to (it is the most economical and matches our casual vibe) and the cost for servers to accommodate this will be included as a line item in your proposal based on your menu and party size. We bring waitstaff to maintain your pizza buffet, keeping it neat, full and tidy. This staff will help clear your guests' disposable plates/trash throughout the event, break down the buffet at the end of your celebration and leave the space as we found it. Service staff fees begin at $300 and are adjusted based on your event details.
Do you wish to have a level of service other than buffet? If so, we are able to coordinate further front of house staff that can accommodate varied service needs such as: setting up and breaking down guest tables at your venue, passing small bites during cocktail hour, and family-style dinner service for an additional charge. Please ask us about pricing!
ON-SITE CHEF STAFF: This fee is to cover all aspects of operating our mobile kitchen, from traveling to your venu with our oven in tow, setting up our catering tent, lovingly cooking your food for your event and then breaking the whole scenario down! This fee begins at $600 and is adjusted based on your menu and guest size.
GRATUITY: We include 20% of the combined total for our waitstaff and on-site chef staff as a line item in your invoice.
ADMIN FEE: This fee is based upon many details of your event which will determine the level of planning on our end. Starting at 5% for straightforward pizza-only parties with little logistical planning and capping out at 20% for more intricate events requiring considerable coordination.
NY SALES TAX: 8.875% applied to the subtotal of your event.
FUEL + TARIFF SURCHARGE: In 2026, we had to make the unfortunate decision to include a supplemental charge to offset the increasing prices of, well, everything. We aim to amend/remove this charge whenever we are able to. This charge is based on the scope of your event and starts at $50.
DINNERWARE/UPGRADES?: High quality, sturdy paper plates and napkins are included in your pricing for any food selections. If you’ve also selected salads, sides and/or desserts, we also provide appropriate wooden utensils. if you would like to upgrade your plateware, we are happy to provide Bambu brand selections at an additional cost, which depends on the scope of menu and your plate selections; cost typically ranges from about $4 - $8 per person. (If choosing to upgrade to Bambu : We typically bring 1.5 plates per guest, per type of plate; if your guests go through this quantity, we switch over to our standard paper disposables). If you are interested in rentals instead of disposables, we can work with you and/or your coordinator to help make suggestions based upon your menu!
*** Special Note on Fees and Minimums*** If you have budgetary concerns, please do mention this to us; when possible, we can try to work with you on pricing. We strive to provide fair pricing for the level and quality of our food and services.

We sure can! As we have to make an entirely different dough that entails a different execution, we have a $50 surcharge for gluten-free pizza for up to 5 guests with an additional $10 charge per additional guest.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide gluten-free pizza that would be 100% suitable for celiacs, however, as we are only able to cook them in the same oven as our regular pizza
We are typically able to accommodate for celiac guests at an additional charge with individually tailored selections that do not include pizza.
