In the Press
We're a woman-owned, wood-fired pizza catering company. We kinda live two places these days — our Hudson Valley home base and Red Hook on weekends — but the whole thing started at the Brooklyn Flea in 2008 with a hand-built oven and a stubborn opinion about dough. From there we grew into a turn-of-the-century brick oven inside an old Red Hook bakery, fed Brooklyn for years, and eventually packed up the lovingly toted ovens and took the show on the road.
People have been kind enough to write about us along the way. Here's some of it.
