Cora Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2019
Soft pressed, and macerated for 2 weeks before undergoing fermentation, this wine has notes of bitter cherry and spice on the nose. The wine is medium bodied and juicy, with just enough tannin on the finish to give it structure. Truly a perfect pizza wine!

Rossofongoli 2019
This biodynamic, organic red from Umbria is a great pizza wine. Light bodied and juicy, but dry. Produced with little to no intervention, fermented with indigenous yeasts. We think its great at room temp or chilled, so let us know how you'd like it to arrive!

Mary Taylor 'Annamaria Sala' Nero d'Avola 2019
The grapes for this wine are from Nero d’Avola vines tended to by the ever thoughtful Sala sisters. The vines are just 15 years old on average but the wine is ever complex. While some Nero d’Avola wines can be on the dense and fruity side, the Sala sisters and the terroir make this wine a somewhat translucent red with bright acidity, tension, and elegant fruit. A great pizza red. Certified organic

Scarpetta 'Frico' Rose 2020
Frico Rosato is a light bodied rosé made from the indigenous varietals Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Ciliegiolo. These indigenous grapes of Tuscany are the perfect foil for a great, light bodied rosé. Their natural high acidity, crisp, tart cherry, and herbaceous all create an ideal Tuscan rosé.

Mongarda Prosecco Col Fondo 2019
Made with the grapes of a single vineyard, although this wine was originally a farmer’s drink, it is still refined. A great wine for celebrating the return of spring with family or a Wednesday pizza night alone! 90% glera, 10% perera. Veneto, Italy. 2019. "Col Fondo" means its unfiltered so a bit of sediment in the bottle is natural and adds character!
